Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Live Inventory, Pricing & Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

• All prices are displayed in NGN (₦) and reflect live pricing from our inventory system.
• Certain wholesale or bulk items may require a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) per product or a storewide minimum order value (where applicable).
• Where tiered volume pricing is displayed on a product page, the discounted unit rate applies automatically when your cart quantity reaches the specified tier threshold.

2. Order Acceptance & Payment Verification

• Placing an order generates an official invoice reference number in our system.
• For Bank Transfer orders, dispatch commences once our accounts desk confirms receipt of funds in the official bank account displayed at checkout.
• For Pay on Pickup / Delivery POS orders, stock is reserved for a limited holding window; unclaimed orders may be restocked if pickup/delivery is not completed within the agreed timeframe.

3. Fulfillment, Waybills & Risk of Loss

We pack all orders securely prior to dispatch. For local deliveries and store pickups, risk passes to the buyer upon physical handover and signature. For interstate commercial motor park waybills requested by the buyer, we provide the official waybill ticket and driver contact details upon dispatch to the transport company.

4. Order Cancellations, Returns & Warranties

Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled by contacting our support desk with your invoice reference. Once delivered, returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Products covered by a manufacturer warranty carry the warranty duration stated on your product page and invoice.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from transactions on this storefront shall be resolved amicably through our customer helpdesk or the appropriate commercial jurisdiction.
